Below, you'll find the article from People En Español, offering deeper insights into Nathaly's remarkable journey and her ascent to becoming a Poderosa.

"After working in various positions in the administrations of Presidents Joe Biden and Barack Obama, Nathaly Arriola Maurice found herself at a crossroads. An expert communicator and organizer, political strategist, and bridge connecting those who occupy the corridors of power in Washington D.C., Arriola Maurice could have easily named her price to work in the private sector, leveraging her enviable government contacts. However, she chose to honor her roots by founding Operativo, a firm specializing in public affairs and social impact.

"I founded Operativo in my seventh month of pregnancy, with my first baby, and in less than a year, the firm grew into a multimillion-dollar operation handling social impact projects for celebrities like Maná, Alejandro Fernández, Emilio Estefan, public affairs for the U.S. government, technology companies, and foundations," says the 35-year-old Peruvian, who credits her mother, Rosario Cabrera Arriola, for teaching her the importance of working hard to carve out a path in this country.

"Everything my mom touches turns to gold because she worked for it, and that's what she taught me to do," says Arriola Maurice. "We have a responsibility to honor our mothers and our daughters by thinking big and working together." —María Morales."
