Nathaly A. Maurice is the Founder and President of Operativo, a public affairs, social impact, and mobilization firm. Nathaly recently served as Special Assistant to President Joe Biden and White House Director of Partnerships out of the Office of Public Engagement. She also served in senior communications and public engagement appointments under President Barack Obama where she represented 2+  million federal employees. Nathaly has led national political movements, served as a key adviser in multiple Presidential campaigns, advised fortune 500 companies and high growth startups. An expert in campaign strategy, communications and high impact partnerships, Nathaly has over a decade of experience creating data-driven communications, policy and political campaigns for organizations in diverse sectors around the globe. Nathaly also served as Vice President of The Messina Group, leading the firm's Global Public Affairs and work in Latin America. She also served in the U.S. House of Representatives, and as spokesperson for Senator Harry Reid. A native of Peru, Nathaly grew up in the California bay area and resides in Washington  D.C. with her family.
